Features

High Performance Cooking
Artusi’s four gas burners each deliver 13MJ/h, providing a total output of 13.8kW. Enjoy fast heat-up times and precise flame control with rotary ignition knobs featuring med-high flame options.

Sleek and Functional Design
The BBQ is finished in a powder-coated matte black with anthracite accents. The roasting hood includes a viewing window and an integrated temperature gauge. Backlit control knobs (battery powered) provide clear visibility when cooking at night. All controls are conveniently located on the front panel.

Flexible Cooking System
The cooking area measures 960mm wide by 480mm deep. It includes one solid cast iron ribbed grill (removable), and three cast iron open flame grills with removable centres. Grills and hotplate are made of cast iron and feature self-locking notches for secure placement. The interchangeable design allows you to set the grills in either vertical or horizontal positions. A cast warming rack is also included.

Easy Maintenance
This BBQ is designed with cleaning in mind. It includes a removable grease container beneath the cooking area, and a front-positioned removable oil catcher with an integrated drain system. An internal oil and fat reservoir makes cleanup simple and efficient.
