Beefeater Premium 7000 and Beefeater 7000 Classic, what’s the difference?
Both the Premium and Classic come in a 4-burner or a 5-burner size. The Classic and Premium's bodies are the same size; the difference is the extra features the Premium has.
The Premium has Halogen lights inside the BBQ and a Rear 11MJ Ceramic Burner for rotisserie or roasting.
The Premium model has illuminated control knobs
Both models have the same Quartz Start ignition, gas usage, and heat output (17 MJ/hr per burner). The Premium has cast stainless burners, whereas the Classic has cast iron burners. The Premium is also fitted with a Flame Failure Gas Shutoff device. This will cut the gas off if the flame goes out
The trolleys/charts are a little different. The Classic has two doors, and the Premium has one door and two drawers.
The Premium model has a chopping board and an ice bucket
Both models have a slide-out shelf to hold the gas bottle.
The Side/Wok burners on the two are different, both are powerful, with the classic having a 17MJ burner and the Premium, a double-ring 23MJ Burner
Both are great BBQs, with the cook being the same on both models. The Premium model just has the upgrades.
