We aim to have the lowest possible prices however if by some chance a competitor has a price better than ours contact us with the offer.
In Store Purchase:
If you are making a purchase at our retail store, please show us a copy of the competitors advertisement with the lower price. Your sales assistant will verify that the product is in-stock and available for sale at the competitor’s store, and meets the conditions as described below, and then will match the price.
Online Purchase:
If you are making your purchase online, please call us on 02-9648-3333 with the details of the competitors offer. We will verify that the product is in-stock and available for sale at the competitor’s store, and meets the conditions as described below, and get back to you shortly with a coupon code which will allow you to complete your transaction online at the lower price or over the phone.

Terms and conditions
To qualify for The BBQ King Price Match Guarantee:
- The advertised product offered by the competitor's website is exactly the same brand name and model as the one we sell, and offered on the same terms
- Be in brand new condition in original unopened packaging
- The product on the competitor's website must be in stock and available for delivery immediately
- The BBQ King must have the product in stock
- A BBQ King representative is able to confirm the details on the competitor's website
- The competitors price must be a comparable offer i.e. include freight and any service charges
- Price promise applies up to 7 days after purchase
- Be offered by an authorized dealer with full Australian manufacturer’s warranty
- Offer does not apply with price bonus gifts or free offers.
- We do not match auction, liquidation or closing down prices.
- and of course any advertising errors or misprints also do not apply.
