Remote and non metro areas need verbal confirmation for shipping fees. The BBQ King reserves the right to refund your order in full or provide an alternative shipping fee.

*There will be no deliveries for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Due to warehouse closure.

If you would like more information about your order from The BBQ King or you cannot find your order with our tracking service please use the links below to track your parcel directly with the couriers.

- If you do not have / cannot find your tracking number please check your 'Junk or Spam' folder in your email.

- Our couriers need to service the area and address.

- P.O. boxes are excluded.

- Standard free and quoted delivery rates must be street access only, please advise if there are any steps or difficult deliveries as this may incur an extra fee.

- All Large items are kerb side delivery or to a point of easy access on a pallet. This means that they will drive to the nearest access point possible to the intended address and you will be required to collect from there. If your shipment contains a pallet then you will be required to take the individual packages from the pallet into your home.

- Someone must be home to sign for the delivery.


DELIVERY CHARGES GUIDE

We carry hundreds of products with most available to ship within 24 hours from our Australian warehouse in Sydney. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and you can see it prior to paying.

We have our own trucks for the Sydney metropolitan area, as well as working with local and interstate carriers to get your Tucker products delivered as quickly as possible at reasonable rates. We only charge one delivery fee for any online order even if that order is filled with multiple products.

If there are multiple products in your cart only one rate will be charged for the most expensive item. Due to mainly logistical issues, some of our product lines are not available interstate and are exclusive to the Sydney metro area. We are happy to work with your third-party transport provider if you would like to collect from us. For any other questions email us at sales@thebbqking.com.au.

  3. Input the state and post code you’d like the item(s) to be delivered to.

Click and Collect is currently available for our Silverwater location only.
Click and Collect times will vary depending on stock availability.

Free shipping is available only for Sydney Metro orders over $200 and for online orders only.

Free metro shipping is available for Premium BBQs to metro areas across Australia, excluding NT, WA, and TAS. Online orders above $1000 only. Does not apply to items over 90kg.
