Hark Big Boss Gas Smoker
I upgraded from a sml Gas Arrosto smoker ( Hark) single burner. The Big Boss is whole other level. Easy to put together, The heat range is very impresive. I love the drip trays in the bottom and the control over the vent system is great, really helps greatly to dial in your desired temp. Definately recommend only took 2 cooks to be familiar with it. Such a shame I could not bundle my freight with the cover for this unit as the business does not stock it, had to buy elsewhere.
